I have Recently started Using Laser Machine from Gmerk, The Soft Diode Machine, I am very happy with the machine and it is very easy to do hemorrhoid surgery especially and I am very satisfied with this machine.

I am Using this Gmerk Laser Machin, it is a very Portable and the main advantage is WiFi Connectivity and battery backup and its a very doctor friendly machine when compared to previous Machines, its very good machine. It is also very much useful for patients because we can do various endogenous operations and proctology and other procedures we can do it with Gmerk and it is very good I have seen very good results with Gmerk.

I have done varicose veins surgery for saphenofemoral incompetence as well as the saphenopopliteal incompetence with multiple incompetent perforators. I have used this recently launched machine by Gmerk, Which is the smallest I suppose, the portable machine in he industry right now and it is made by Gmerk, the model is Ultima and gives a very good result and it gives a reading of how much watts you need to adjust and how many joules you are delivering to the patient and the oblation of the machine with the radial fiber is quite good and the results are very promising, so this a very good machine to do EVLT and as specially it is a small one and has good battery backup too, so you can use it in some remote areas where there is no electricity sometimes

This is Gmerk 1470 Laser Machine used for varicose veins and colorectal surgery and this can be used anywhere else also to remove any small tumor or growth on the body. This gives beautiful results and have less damage lately. In fact I am using this for last 10 years and it has got all recording systems and you can record how many joules yo have given, you can get a printout if you want. So this is wonderful new system in this machine and software.

I am Using the Diode and CO2 lasers of Gmerk Company from last 15 years. And the results are very good.
